Just some QGIS (related) resources:

QGIS will get direct PDS4 raster/vector support through GDAL eventually, but until then, here are a couple short tutorials mostly for converting raster/vector data to PDS4 using GDAL (link). Since PDS4 is still new, most planetary users will continue run into PDS3, ISIS, and VICAR files more often, which GDAL also has some support for. Fortunately, many folks who release planetary data also release GeoTiffs. Note in the quick GDAL/PDS4 tutorial, users can support raster conversion to PDS4 label pointing into a created GeoTiff. Get your cake and eat it too. Note this is best for (map projected) derived data.

Lastly, he is a 2 year old quick tutorial in QGIS (link). Feel to use all or parts within any Data Cafe.

Great suggestion Trent! I was actually focussing on getting some examples of PDS4 capabilities for Q to get them shown at EPSC OP DataCafe 2019.
