New version of the Python PDS4 reader and viewer has been made available from Small Body PDS Node: https://sbnwiki.astro.umd.edu/wiki/Python_PDS4_Tools
Note pds4_viewer does not understand map projections. For map projected PDS4 data, you can try GDAL (or Rasterio) or applications that use GDAL like QGIS.
